First, let me thank you for visiting my website. This is one of those moments that could be a life changing experience for you and your loved ones.

I come from a very meager background. As a child my family lived in a government housing project until the year that I started high school. My father was a police officer who had to work sometimes as many as three jobs a day to provide for his family. We didn’t know what it was to even own a car, much less have any form of luxuries. I say this to let you know that for everything I have, I am extremely thankful.

I graduated from high school and never attended college. At that time in my life all I wanted to do was experience the satisfaction of making money, and lots of it. After meeting and marrying my wife Gail, we started our family which now consists of four daughters, three sons-in-law and seven grandchildren. My interest in real estate began in 1959 and that interest has never waned. I currently hold a real estate associate brokers license and I am associated with one of the world’s largest real estate companies. For years I have consistently remained in the top 10% of commission earners of this company’s 116,000+ real estate agents worldwide. I mention this affiliation just to let you know that you do not have to be a full time real estate investor to earn millions of dollars in buying and selling residential property. Part timers can be extremely successful in flipping houses. I have participated in the buying and selling of hundreds of residential properties and I have done it without sacrifice to my faith, to my family or to my business.

As you will discover in my home study program, I am not offering this program to become wealthy. I’ve already accomplished that goal. The main purpose for developing this program is to share my experience, knowledge and wealth with others such as you. As I am writing this bio, at this very moment, two young housewives, who are in their thirties who have studied my program, are sitting in an attorney’s office closing on their very first deal. A home that they are buying for $128,000 which will have an after renovation market value of $192,000. This is what it is all about! Helping others succeed.

As you may have done, I have set up a retirement program, which I took from Proverbs 3:9-10, “Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops, then your barns will be filled to overflowing,” (NIV). By me sharing with you the secrets of my success, here is hoping that your “barns will be filled to overflowing” and that you too will share your success, knowledge and wealth with others as you answer “I do” to the question “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?”.
